ERRIC at WIRE 2012

ERRIC was invited to have a booth (stand) at the WIRE (Week of Innovative Regions) 2012 Conference in order to present the objectives and current results of the project, together with the research centers existing at the Faculty for Automatic Control and Computers.

The event also presented a good potential for networking and dissemination with other researchers interested in Intelligent Information Technologies.

Two members of the ERRIC project have been present at the booth and have also attended several conference sessions: Prof. Adina Florea, Project Manager, and Traian Rebedea, Assistant Research Manager.

The dissemination materials prepared for WIRE 2012 included:

  • Two A0 posters with information about ERRIC outcomes, objectives and results, including cooperation, joint work and secondmends with the research partners in ERRIC, improved research infrastructure and the (past and future) events organized by ERRIC.
  • A presentation focusing on the main results of the project, but that also delivered information on the domains of expertise in intelligent information technologies of the research centers in A&C.
  • 100 brochures about the ERRIC project: objectives, domains of expertise, research potential, partners and infrastructure.
  • 100 brochures with detailed information about the research centers and expertise in the Faculty for Automatic Control and Computers.
  • Several other brochures and leaflets with detailed information about the scientific events organized by ERRIC in 2012, the research positions that are available, etc.
